To be able to work in an engineering and construction team carrying out construction of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Process) projects, lead by a senior project engineer or manager. • Minimum 3 year experience in the construction industry, preferably with working experience working in cleanrooms and other electronics and semiconductor plants. • Works are mostly in 'live' production plants in the semiconductor, technology, and manufacturing industries in the field of Mechanical, Electrical and Process engineering. • Drafting skills in AutoCAD for Mechanical, Electrical and Process drawings are required. • To lead a team of sub-contractors to the execute construction works. • Supervision on site and coordination with sub-contractors and their workers. • Ensure all works are carried out safely as per requirements of the Workplace Safety and Health Council. • Ensure that all construction work comply with project specifications, procedures, and requirements. • Coordinate and monitor site progress in accordance to schedule, and report back accordingly to your project lead. • Participate in Testing and Commissioning of the completed installations with customers, sub-contractors, and/or consultants. • Able to work with fellow engineers and other project team members • Able to communicate effectively with client, consultants, and sub-contractors • Able to work in a construction environment • Able to work independently at sites. • Able to use basic MS Office and email • Able to read construction drawings especially for Mechanical, Electrical, and Process drawings •need to work at site, Some form experience in risk management, and other EHS requirements as per Workplace Safety and Health Council is preferable. • Committed, Reliable and Trustworthy Responsible for planning of construction project, liaising with clients/consultants on preparing construction program for site progress. Monitoring construction & electrical program and preparing submission schedule. Monitor work progress at site, plan sub tasks in details, understand and coordinate M&E works. Responsible for site works arrangements, sequences and requirements, design temporary works requirements, resolve drawings discrepancies. Responsible for construction planning, scheduling and tracking of projects. Provide technical support and solutions to facilitate site condition and situation. Resolve technical problems encountered during execution of projects. Assist in preparing Construction Method Statements and other technical proposal. Work under the advice of the Safety Officer to adhere to compliance & safety requirements with regulatory and industry standards during the construction phase. To ensure works are in compliance to quality procedures and within standard workmanship requirement salary $2500-$5000.holding driving licence is an advantage, need to work in different location.
