Role Summary
GVRN (“Govern”) is an automated back office solution for web3 organisations. We help founders with everything from incorporation, accounting and fundraising to the decentralisation phase of the organisation such as token generation events, setting up of a DAO and ongoing governance. In this role you will be responsible for business development, sourcing new leads, onboarding and managing B2B customer relationships.
What you can expect to work on:
- Lead sales strategy and execution for all clients
- Develop market and competitive assessments to identify and drive new opportunities
- Develop new relationships with sales multipliers (eg. VC funds and accelerators)
- Build processes for top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion
- Support management in preparing sales forecasts and KPI reporting for use in organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
- Assess the needs of our clients and gather feedback to improve upon existing products/services
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
- Eventually manage, inspire, and motivate a client-facing and high-performing team as the company scales
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience gained in a B2B sales role targeting startups
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong focus on operational excellence and able to build processes from scratch
- Passionate about web3
