Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide direction for overall, day to day operations and administration of the Concierge section
  • Ensure that all arriving and departing guests are promptly attended efficiently
  • Coordinate and liaise with the Chief Concierge as required for day to day operations which will include reporting of any guests complaints / problems that are related to Concierge section for the final jurisdiction as to its manner of handling should this be required
  • Luggage, equipments (e.g. Trolleys) must be arranged in an orderly manner and not cause obstruction. Signboard, page board and other operating equipment must be presentable and in functioning order
  • Any issues / complaints must be given top priority, handled and resolved to guest satisfaction in the quickest possible time. Any decision or action taken must also be in the hotel’s interest and according to established policies and procedures

  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Accuracy in administrative duties
