Responsibilities
- Working closely with contracts managers in land transport infrastructure projects
- Provide administrative support such as preparing and record keeping of tender and contractual documents, processing of payments and bonds, support for periodic reviews, update and reporting of cashflow, and closing out of contracts.
Requirements
- Diploma, preferably in electrical / mechanical engineering discipline
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Experience in contracts administration will be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, analytical and meticulous
