Job Responsibilities:
- Work with various departments to promptly resolve customer needs and issues to meet/exceed service deliveries.
- Handling emails and phone calls pertaining to customer’s requests and enquires.
- Processing of customers’ orders.
- Preferably knowledge in types of lorry crane or heavy transport
- Provide real time updates on job progress into Transport Management System.
- Ensure all documents are up to date to faciliate the delivery process.
- Coordinate with customer to ensure smooth delivery.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
