Key Responsibilities:
· Liaising with clients and incorporating user-defined needs and inquiries into application designs and concepts.
· Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
· To provide technical and application support and relay information to engineering teams for products development & enhancement.
· Generate proposal, costing and tender documents for customer inquiries.
· Present technical expertise to select, implement and develop competitive product, applications as well as solutions to clients.
· Build and maintain relationship with clients and prospects.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics, Engineering or equivalent.
· Strong know-how of factory automation & robotics system.
· Strong customer management and problem solving skills.
· Excellent communication, listening, presentation and business writing skills.
· Must be able to travel
· With Sales Experience will be added advantage
