Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring accuracy on job performance
- Loose cargo delivery or container trucking or both
- Ensuring timely collection and delivery of cargoes
- Ensuring proper documentation e.g. delivery notes, pick up orders etc
- Ensuring fully compliance for PSA Import/ Export/ Trucking procedures and Workplace Safety & Health requirement
- Reporting to traffic control team
- Maintain radio communication always
- Timely arrival for all delivery jobs
- To check and confirm the documentation e.g. delivery notes, pick up orders etc
- Endorsing of permits at customs checkpoint if require
- Vehicle maintenance and housekeeping
- Report any vehicle or cargo damage due to accident
- Check, tally and proper handling of cargoes
- Proper handling of company assets and equipment
- Report any cargo discrepancy during course of work
- Adhere to safety requirements while on the job
- Any other duties as per assigned by superior
Jobs Requirement:
• Possess Class 4/5 license
• Min 2 year experience in Prime Mover driving experience
• Familiar with container yard operations
