Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a mature, reliable, helpful, friendly, professional, and positive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Personal Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and creating positive experiences.

Remuneration:

  • 4 hours per session (2pm - 6pm)
  • 3 sessions per week (Tuesday - Thursday)
  • Initial salary for this Part Time position is $500/mth.
  • Potential to convert to Full Time position with a base incremental to $2,000/mth, subject to performance & other requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and organizing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and maintaining calendars
  • Expect to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that customers' needs are met
  • Active listening, effective communication, problem-solving, and a friendly and empathetic attitude
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to various situations will be beneficial
  • Thorough understanding of the products or services you'll be supporting, as well as the company's policies and procedures
  • Flexible work arrangement, including the opportunity for occasional remote work. However, there may be times when it is necessary to be physically present in the office.

Requirements:

  • Customer-centric nature
  • Bi-lingual in English & Mandarin
  • Minimum local diploma or equivalent
  • Singaporeans & PR only
