Job Description:
- Plan, execute and oversee sales programs effectively.
- Develop field sales action plan and business initiatives to achieve the annual sales target.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for new and existing customers and products.
- Maintain strong client database and implement client outreach programs to generate repeat business.
- Coordinating with marketing department in strategizing marketing initiatives to increase business profitability ratio.
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
