Job Description
- Handle a portfolio of clients (with regards to Corporate Secretary / Accounts / Tax services).
- Prepare and e-file income tax return for a portfolio of individual and corporate tax clients.
- Preparation of Directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, AGM documents etc.
- E-filing of various returns, resolutions, and annual return with ACRA.
- Handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll.
- Handle full set of accounts for clients, including monthly management accounts and reporting packages as well as GST filing.
- Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts.
- Actively develops technical skills on the job and through formal training.
- Build strong and positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Work as an effective team member to complete assigned tasks in the completion of engagements.
- Drafting of financial statements (unaudited or audited).
- Assist in completing any other assigned tasks (audit / tax / corporate secretary), when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Working experience in corporate secretarial work/ accounting services/ tax services will be an added advantage.
- External audit experience will be an added advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, ACCA or equivalent.
- Committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skills and honest.
- Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Those with IT background/experience especially in modern automation tools are highly desired.
- Able to commit minimum 24 months to the firm, with an enhanced remuneration package.
