Job Descriptions:
- Prepare laboratory/workshop sessions/tests/examinations by setting up necessary equipment/apparatus and preparing the necessary materials, guided by TSO
- Perform basic logistics support for meetings and events (e.g. booking of venues, setting up of venue etc) when needed
- Support teaching staff, Admin Manager, Operations Manager and CSOs to provide logistic support for special events and daily activities, ensuring the venue/room is properly set up in advance
- Assisting in matters relating to vendors such as escorting vendors and ensuring the quality of products/services delivered is satisfactory
- Provide student support e.g. attending to students in the sickbay while waiting for parents to bring the student home or assisting TSO/OM in administering basic first aid
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the School Leaders and supervisor
Requirements:
- Work experience in school or research laboratories, or related laboratory work is an advantage
- Team player, who can work independently
