We are currently seeking an Supply Chain Executive to join our Group Chief Procurement Officer team. As the Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to monitor stock inventory for SER’s, coordinating with internal teams and SER’s to ensure stocks are accurately and timely delivered, and assisting in stock takes and reconciliation activities.
Make an Impact by:
- Liaise with respective stakeholders to monitor stock inventory for SER’s
- Work with internal teams and SER’s and ensure stocks requested are accurately and timely delivered.
- Coordinate with internal departments for new project initiatives (e.g., DBU, PM, PD, Finance etc)
- Assist in preparation and involvement of stock takes and reconciliation activities for SER’s
- Assist in premium allocation and return stocks.
- Tracking and generation of weekly and monthly reports
- Required to visit 3PL warehouse and observe the processes and feedback on improvements
- Expedite processing for stocks meant for export. Monitor all DOA (Dead On Arrival) stocks and assist in following up with the respective stakeholder.
- Monitor delivery cost and assist to consolidate or postpone to save delivery cost.
- Allocate stocks for SER’s roadshows and perform reconciliation once the roadshow is closed.
Skills for Success
- Diploma preferably in Supply Chain or similar discipline
- Good interpersonal, collaboration and teamwork skills
- Good problem-solving skills and able to work under stress
- Able to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, bonus if have SAP knowledge
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Affinity for numbers
