ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Able to handle POS system and cashiering duties
- Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
- Good knowledge of the menu and membership details.
- Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
- Providing great customer service.
- Young and fit with good stamina is a bonus
- Food hygiene certified preferred.
- Basic Kitchen experience is a plus
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have basic accounting skills for closing of daily sales and reporting
- Restaurant and bar experience is a plus.
- Able to work independently
- Able to work shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to work from 6pm to 2am
- Pretty, sociable, outgoing, fun-loving
