Principle Responsibilities & Duties:
- Organise, implement and publicise programmes and activities that meet seniors' multi-dimensions of well-being.
- Assist in the evaluation of programme outcomes and provide suggestions on improvement.
- Liaise with corporate and individual volunteers to plan, implement and evaluate ad-hoc events or regular activities.
- Maintain programme calendar, attendance records, client and volunteer database, duty roster, payment issuance, training requests and other administration processes.
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of accurate monthly KPIs for report generation.
- Assist in facility maintenance, resolving operational issues and handling of complaints and feedback to meet regulations, standards and cleanliness of prevailing governmental requirements.
- Manage queries, conduct asessments, provide information and referrals to services provided by TOUCH or other service providers, received via phone, walk-in or other platforms.
- Any other duties, as assigned.
