Management Trainee (Retail)
Responsibilities:
· Assisting with day-to-day operations.
· Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
· Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
· Assist to execute company regulations include health and safety matters.
· Assist to establish Standard Operation Procedures.
· Stationed at Outlets / Showrooms / Offices and participating in daily operations as required.
· Sales and Marketing roles at Retail Outlets / Showrooms / Sales Offices.
· Customer Service.
· Follow-up with walk-in customers to close sales.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in any disciplines or relevant.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Excellent time management skills.
· Able to work on rotation shifts / weekends / Public Holidays.
