HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for managing full spectrum of HR & GA functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, succession planning, payroll management and general affairs administration etc.

2. Responsible to perform recruitment activities (advertisement, screening interview scheduling, offer, onboarding and work pass related matters)

3. Responsible to perform monthly payroll submission (payroll processing, CPF submission, IRAS, Payroll Report and etc.)

4. Be the main point of contact with regards to employee relation issues and work closely with the respective department to manage employee-related matters (i.e., onboarding of new employees, probationary reviews, evaluations and offboarding of resigned employees etc.)

5. Spearhead and support various HR projects & initiatives.

6. Responsible for preparing HR documents and related letters (i.e., Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion, Memo & etc.)

7. Responsible for workplace safety and health, administer for work injury filling, insurance claims, renewal and etc.

8. Responsible to handle Gov. related survey and compliance matters.

9. Compile and prepare weekly/monthly HR recruitment and training related report.

10. Support HR operations for subsidiary branch as and when needed.

11. All other ad-hoc reports and duties assigned by Superior.


Job Requirements:


1. Candidate possess at least Diploma/ Degree.

2. Candidate possess at least 2-3 years of working experiences in HR generalist role.

3. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the full lifecycle recruitment process, payroll management and employee engagement.

4. Conversant with the Singapore Employment Act and a good understanding of general HR practices.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Strong customer service mindset. Putting our internal stakeholder’s interest first.

7. Ability to empathize and communicate with employees of all levels. Bilingual as required to communicate with Non-English Speaking employees.

8. Strong interpersonal skills.

9. Good team player and collaborative.

10. Resilient with proven ability to work independently in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment.

11. Meticulous, detailed oriented, well organized and take initiatives.

12. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

13. Willing to travel as and when needed.

14. Candidate that able to start work within short notice.
