• Bilingual in English & Tamil in order to liaise with Tamil-speaking stakeholders.
• Customer service orientation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Economics or IT, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, E-commerce market place and billing/inventory systems.
• Perform daily and weekly site maintenance activities including removing out-of-stock items, relaunching back-in-stock items, removing non-go forward SKUs, maintaining rollover SKUs.
12 hours shift (10 AM to 10 PM)
Weekly off will be Monday or Tuesday
Basic Heigne course from SFA is mandatory
