Responsibilities:
- Strong in operations and customer service-related industry
- Handling day-to-day operations independently
- Data creation and entries
- Daily interactions with customers and vendors on shipment status
- Arrange Import/Export documentation & to provide daily customer support.
- Interact with cross functional departments to ensure compliance, facilitate customs clearance and deliveries to customers.
- Proficient in SAP order processing is an advantage.
- Ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the orders are in place and compliant with shipping practices.
- Provides direct operational support for internal and external customer requests related to imports and exports of commodities.
- Management of Customs record-keeping requirements where applicable, analyze and determine duty opportunities, draft responses to Customs inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' level and/or Diploma in relevant discipline
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in Third-party logistics (3PL) / Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
- Customer focused and a great team player who is able to work independently
- Experience in inventory management with strong administrative skills
- Knowledge in SAP order processing and proficient in Microsoft Office
