- Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries. Interacting with guests to provide recommendations on food menu and to upsell food and beverages
- Work with the Restaurant Manager and team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Providing responsive and courteous service to customers through excellent service
- Flexible and able to go beyond the line of duty in order to maximize customers' satisfaction and meet customers' needs.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the outlet(s); Setting of table and taking orders in the outlet
- Understands and can communicate products and services available.
- Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones or emails.
- Handle table reservations and control the flow of customers.
- Stocktake and inventory control; Collects supplies from stores and ensures all side-stations are correctly stocked, tidy and clean
- Ad-hoc duties or of any other kind as set by the Management.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year working experience in the F&B Line
- Pleasant and friendly attitude at all times
- Able to upsell and promote our items
- Able to work on rotating shifts, and weekends
