Scope
- Define and manage the Identity & Access Management (IAM) architecture artefacts and corresponding target state roadmap within the given functional and technical standards in alignment with the Security Architecture Authority
- Aligns IAM architecture principles with Security Architecture Authority and ensures alignment of the both roadmaps to Security Principles and Architectural Framework. Assesses impact of new requirements and ensures adequate change management and synchronisation between service and function target state
- Work closely with business users and project team members on project initiation, solution design, implementation and post implementation support
- Facilitate the solution design effort and help to develop innovative solutions while complying to existing standards, guidelines and processes
- Plan, design and facilitate workshops to solicit requirements and walkthrough solutions;
- Perform business requirements analysis
- Propose alternate solutions to meet of improve the desired objectives based on best practices and industry solutions
- Collaborate with respective IT teams to support the project team to deliver high quality deliverables
- Draft user requirement and functional specifications document together with IT vendors and obtain sign-off
- Verify that user requirements are achievable and support business users during UAT and post-implementation phases and
- Perform and support pre-User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of the deliverables before handing over the System for UAT
Requirements:
Minimum Experience Criteria
- Minimum 8-10 years in the Cyber Security area preferably within financial services
- Minimum 10 years of relevant IT infrastructure technical knowledge and experience in the deploying, administering and management of complex or large IT infrastructure systems and services for Privilege Access Management (PAM)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT infrastructure technical knowledge and experience in the deploying, administering and management of complex or large IT infrastructure systems and services
- Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges
- Ability to analyse and identify comprehensive solutions considering all functional implications while developing a workable solution
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
- Deep experience and understanding (Must have implemented) of Privileged Account Management (PAM) products & technologies like CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault, CA Privileged Access Manager, BeyondTrust Password Safe, CA Xceedium, Red Hat Identity Manager
- Advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards and business and information technology management processes
- Hands-on experience in relevant fields such as Windows, Linux RHEL and AIX OS, , OS virtualisation technologies, SAN storage and/or databases
- Administration and Operation of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol
- Administration and Operation of Anti-Virus and Endpoint Detection & Response products
- SIEM Experience (Splunk)
- 2FA or Two-Factor Authentication technologies
