- As part of the marketing team, you will be supporting the design needs of the brand in-house together with an experienced designer and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Creatively driven and social media savvy, you keep abreast with the latest F&B trends and should ideally be a resourceful, passionate content creator with good eye for detail and aesthetics.
- You have the ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames.
- You are organised, dependable, pro-active and is a detail-oriented team player.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and create visual assets for digital and print media, including but not limited to:
- POSM visuals and graphics
- Social media graphics
- Website banners and images
- Promotional materials (e.g., brochures, posters, flyers)
- Ensure that all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to enhance the visual appeal of our materials.
- Work closely with the content team to create visually engaging multimedia content, such as videos and animations for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and more.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and projects.
- Prepare, review and coordinate with appointed printing bureaus/subcontractors to ensure the timely production of all collateral, such as brochures, posters, e-mailers, web-based creatives, and any other communication materials across all platforms.
- Design and coordinate with the Operations team on POP material request, dissemination and stock management.
- Conduct product photography, DI and other necessary visual work.
- Work efficiently in tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of web design and multimedia production is a plus.
