Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Min. O Level/ SPM
  • 1 to 2 years work experience
  • Drafting of Purchase Orders
  • Type invoices and credit notes
  • Sorting and filing of invoices and credit notes
  • Assist in resolving questions related to invoice verification
  • Ensure timely and accurate input of data into the system
  • Checking of stock level in inventory
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Account Executive and Management
  • Positive working attitude with good communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and interact with customers over phone
