Responsibilities:
- Timely and Safe Deliveries: Ensure prompt and safe delivery of our exquisite flower bouquets to customers, spreading happiness and maintaining the freshness of our floral arrangements.
- Customer Interaction: Interact courteously with customers during deliveries, creating a positive and friendly experience. Answer queries and provide basic information about our floral products.
- Route Planning: Efficiently plan delivery routes to maximize timely deliveries and minimize travel time, ensuring the smooth execution of daily delivery schedules.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of our flower products, their care, and handling, enabling you to provide customers with basic information when required.
- Quality Checks: Conduct basic quality checks on floral arrangements before delivery to ensure they meet our high standards and delight our customers.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Responsible for the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle, reporting any issues promptly to ensure safe and reliable transportation.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels in the delivery vehicle, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of delicate floral items.
- Adherence to Policies: Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures, especially those related to delivery protocols, customer interactions, and safety guidelines.
- Problem Resolution: Handle delivery-related issues professionally, addressing concerns or complaints effectively, and reporting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in work hours to accommodate peak delivery times, including weekends and special occasions like holidays or Valentine's Day.
