This position is primarily responsible for directing and coordinating activities in the purchasing of IC semi-conductor components.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the procurement team: Responsible for guiding, managing and training the procurement team to ensure that the procurement team can efficiently execute the procurement process and establish a good relationship with suppliers;

2. Cooperate with the sales team: lead the team to cooperate with the sales team, think what the sales think, provide professional COST DOWN solutions and technical support for the sales, and complete the perfect delivery of each order together with the sales;

3. Formulate procurement strategies: Sensitively perceive changes in internal and external environments, formulate and optimize procurement strategies, and ensure the lowest procurement costs for the company on the basis of ensuring procurement quality and delivery time;

4. Supplier management: Responsible for leading the team to develop supply channels, strictly control the quality of suppliers, select high-quality suppliers, insist on digging first-hand sources of goods, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price and delivery conditions;

5. Cost analysis: analyze and control procurement costs, and make suggestions and plans to optimize procurement costs and efficiency;

6. Contract Management: Manage procurement contracts, including evaluating supplier risks and terms, and ensuring contract performance;

7. Inventory management: Responsible for inventory management to ensure that the material inventory level meets the company's requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Education background: Possess in a related major, such as procurement, logistics, business administration, etc,.

2. Work experience: 5 years or more of procurement experience in the electronic component distribution industry, and more than 2 years of management experience.

3. Skill requirements: proficient in the procurement process, familiar with the electronic components market, able to respond keenly to the shortage of global electronic components supply and make corresponding procurement strategies, have excellent negotiation and communication skills, be good at dealing with problems and decision-making, have leadership.

4. Professionalism: serious and responsible work, good professional ethics, good at teamwork and coordination.
