Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily retail/online store operations and trade partners effectively ensuring overall efficiency.
- Manage digital marketing and software integration.
- Work closely with internal and external teams.
- Providing training and evaluation for the team.
- Inventory and cash management.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5 years and above working experience in operations management with at least 2 years at managerial level.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with business sense.
Skilled in store/online operations, customer service and people management - Must know MS Office.
- Manage digital marketing and software integration.
- Passionate and result orientated.
- Must have a valid Class 3 driving licence
