The role will require the candidate to manage the outlets' overall operation such as ensuring raw ingredients and non-food supplies are available at all times, ensure administration is fit and proper, and high customer satisfaction. The successful candidate should be resourceful, energetic, has good interpersonal and communication skills, and be ready to work long hours.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operational requirements are met as per checklist
- Manage outlet staff's scheduling, attendance and general conduct
- Act as main liaison between staff and management staff
- Plan, strategize and coordinate marketing activities with the marketing department to boost sales
- Manage food and non-food supplies, including liaising with suppliers on key negotiations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years as outlet/restaurant supervisor in the F&B industry in Singapore
- Applicant with relevant certificates recognized in the F&B industry will be advantageous
- Energetic and resourceful to meet the demand of this role
- Applicant with strong knowledge in the F&B halal segment will be advantageous
- Must be willing to perform ad-hoc
- Must be able to work night shift or split shift
- Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
