We currently have a 1 year contract DC Operator (Batch Scheduler / Code Table), payroll under employment agency
Work Location: Novena (Revenue House)
Salary Range: $2800 - $3000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday with staggered hours from 8am to 5.30pm and 10am to 7.30pm + Alternate Saturday
14 days Annual leave, 14 days Medical Leave & benefits, Group Insurance coverage
Incentive of performance bonus up to 1 month basic salary subject to reporting manager’s appraisal
- Planning and Scheduling of daily Data Change
- Planning of day/weekly/monthly/ yearly Batch jobs accordingly to Business Unit requirement.
- Attending to PJS request.
- Provide control run support of batch operation during migration/plan activities.
- Perform request fulfilment to register customer request etc Adhoc / Data Recovery SR)
- Perform Daily /Weekly/Monthly Batch execution reports.
- Provide support during IRAS DR pertaining to Batch execution.
- Monitor the wellbeing of the Batch execution and planning.
- Perform Incident (Batch scheduling) escalation (Ensure incidents are reported and attended to, else redirect to Ops Mgr based on criticality, impact, and SLA).
- Coordinate with various stakeholders / Batch owner to fix the technical issues/ Batch job failure timely support to customers.
- To work cohesively with customer.
Requirement:
- Singaporean (Need to clear g50 security clearance)
- Able to commit to Mon to Fri staggered hours from 8am to 5.30pm and 10am to 7.30pm + Alternate Saturday
- Keen to go into Planning and Scheduling of daily Data Change
- At least a Higher Nitec in IT
- Must be able to commit for the full 1 year contract
- Willing to learn and punctual for work
- Open to candidates without prior experience in Data Centers, on job training will be provided
