Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, plan and deliver programmes in accordance to procedures with clients’ requirements.
- Expand and manage clientele data via the CRM software
- Meeting clients to identify learning needs and propose programmes.
- Proposal writing, budget management, sales pitching
- Planning of logistics and managing resources.
- Communicating clients’ needs to the operations team for programme execution
- other ad-hoc projects
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Relevant working experience in HR, Events and Hospitality industries as advantage
