Our client, a leading Multinational Tech company, developer of personal-computer software systems and applications. They are hiring for a Recruiter for their GTM market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interprets clients’ business and requirements to drive a staffing process to promote an optimal internal and external talent mix.
- Executes a hiring plan within aligned business groups. Balances multiple timeframes and expectations for budget, scope, and time.
- Elicits interest in active and potential candidates by using business stories that represent Company's unique career possibilities, advantages, and rewards that are distinct from those of competitors.
- Executes initial screening and assessing candidates. Identifies and gathers information (e.g., ability to hire, relocation, immigration, compensation) to qualify talent pool.
- Maintains candidate satisfaction at all phases of the relationship by leveraging motivators and incentives to engage candidates and prepare them for next phases of the process. Identifies approaches to enhance candidate experience throughout hiring plans.
- Operational Compliance & Excellence
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5-8 years’ experience in in-house or agency environment
- Should have end to end recruitment experience, well balanced between Sourcing (360 recruitment required), Candidate Management and Stakeholder Management (no agency usage).
- Should come with experience in senior level recruitment for sales, marketing roles. Recruitment experience recruiting for ANZ, Malaysia or Indonesia would be an added advantage.
- Business partnering experience - ability to hold managers and leaders to account.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
