Job Description

  • Clinical Audit Operations: ensure database are organized, updated in a timely manner, secure and accessible, perform checking, generate reports, handle all request and enquiries when needed
  • Clinical Quality Management and Quality Improvement: coordinate and monitor safety and quality indicators, resource support for institutional Quality Assurance Committee meetings and activities including support for QI / KAIZEN projects and other quality events
  • People Management: understand and promote cross departmental networking in order to achieve desired departmental outcomes
  • Support Ensure safer system, Value Driven Care, Patient-Reported Outcome Measures, Enterprise Risk Management and other initiatives
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Team

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma or Professional Certificate in related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’of relevant experience
  • Experience in healthcare clinical audit / quality improvement / data analytics preferred
  • Possess a solid understanding of Quality Improvement principles and management theories
  • IT savvy with knowledge of data processing tools and basic statistics such as Tableau, SPSS or programming would be an advantage
