Responsibilities:
- Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
- Civil & structure design, analysis, and assessment for foundation, excavation, earth retaining structures, slope, instrumentation, and site investigation.
- Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day activities related to the construction of the project as designated by the Project Manager
- Conduct inspections and checks on work performed by subcontractors
- Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations
- Prepare project-related reports and method statements for submission
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering with interest in civil and structural engineering recognized by PE Board.
- Minimum 8 years of design experience in geotechnical and civil engineering projects in a consulting firm or main contractor
- Well-versed in civil and structural design software.
- Familiar with authorities' submission requirements for engineering projects.
- Familiar with civil structural designs and BIM will be an advantage.
- Good leadership skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Great team player
