Our client is a global MNC, an expert within the audio and visual industry. They have a strong presence across Asia and would like to further grow their business in Singapore over the next 12 months. They are seeking for an experience Business Development Manager to spearhead their clientele growth within specific industries.
Your new role
Below are some of the key responsibilities for the role;
· Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's presence in the AV industry.
· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging existing industry relationships and forging new partnerships.
· Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, assess competitor activities, and capitalize on market opportunities.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new partnerships.
· Analyze sales metrics, track performance, and provide insights to refine business development strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate, should have;
· 5-6 years of proven sales track record within the audio-visual industry.
· Strong network and experience working with clients in sectors like hospitality, education, government, or AV consultancy firms.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply chain Marketing, or other relevant studies
