IT Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance and development of our website including content upload, servers, software licenses, and hardware infrastructure.
- Responsible for providing data analysis support, managing cloud drives, coordinating internet subscriptions, purchasing IT equipment, and providing IT Support to all departments and teams within the organisation.
- Any other duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of web development, server administration, software licensing and hardware infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent preferred
- Have at least 2 years working experience in IT Management or a similar role.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently.
- With Accounting background will be an added advantage.
