- Act as the main point of contact and intermediary between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle the CEO's calendar, arrange appointments, and facilitate meetings, including the compilation of meeting documents and presentations from relevant parties.
- Assist in the submission of commercial tenders and project bids.
- Aid in market research by creating and maintaining a market database, gathering, structuring, and analyzing business data.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above.
- At least 3 years of experience in secretarial duties.
- Proficient in business writing to craft reports and presentation slides for Senior Management and the Board.
