- Facilitate student enrolments
- Be well-versed in the knowledge and understanding of the academy's service and product feature releases
- Communicate customer's feedback to internal/external stakeholders to champion new processes to better serve our customers
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Transiting potential clients into existing clientele portfolio
- Manage complaints professionally over several platforms e.g., phone calls, email, face-to-face, etc.
- To facilitate in the inventory management & invoicing matters
- To assist with the facilitation of the events management with regards to the communication with the gymnasts, parents, vendors, external companies, etc.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the counter, coach resting area, studios, etc.
- Assist the Clients Relation Manager with the liaising of building management team on any maintenance and repair related matters
- To take one's initiative on the proposal of improving the existing workflow and/or CRM system
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
