Travel Service Manager

· Represent company in corporate meetings (Both in Singapore and in China).

· Acquire new partnerships in the China market.

· Creating, optimizing, and monitoring corporate travel policies.

· Analyzing and preparing reports on travel tours.

· Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels and airlines.

· Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel.

· Planning and running travel tours for different purposes such as recreation, education and business.

· Managing and overseeing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms.

· Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise

· Ensuring the operations to run smoothly

Job Requirements

· A minimum of 10 years experience in the travel industry is a must

· Knowledge of travel management process

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Well organized and able to work independently with a high level of initiative and drive

· Able to travel regularly if work requires
