Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, providing information on specials or new offerings, taking orders, and meticulously preparing food and beverages to meet customer specifications while handling payments.
- Grilling, cooking, and frying foods.
- Continuously expanding knowledge of Japanese teas, desserts, and presentation techniques to elevate the quality of beverages and desserts.
- Efficiently planning and overseeing work orders to guarantee timely completion and simultaneous serving of all items within an order.
- Conducting basic food preparation tasks.
- Managing inventory by ordering supplies and restocking shelves.
- Preparing ingredients.
- Ensuring cleanliness of food preparation equipment and areas.
- Adhering strictly to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
- Maintaining high standards of store and personal hygiene.
- Performing any necessary ad-hoc duties as required
