In your new role you will:
- Responsible for operational decisions in the project, and for driving the major milestone decisions at the project approval body
- Work closely with cross functional project teams from various locations, to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions
- Uses project management tools and methods to structure projects, to control progress, to manage risks, and to manage changes
- Liaisons with internal partners across various functions and regions,e.g. from business division, operations, IT, R&D, etc.
- Manages external partners in the project, specifically sub-contractors, and suppliers of equipment and materials
- Delivers project success in timely manner, with transparency in project status and progress, as foundation of a trusted partnership with project customers and stakeholders
Your profile:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master's / Bachelor's in Electrical / Electronic Engineering /Material Science with more than 6 years of relevant industry experience,and ideally with Semiconductor Test Technology exposure
- In-depth knowledge in Project Management, with more than 5 years experience leading cross-functional projects of significant complexity in international environment, and preferably with IPMA certification
- Technical knowledge and experience with electronic products and processes along product life circle; experience with electronics industry manufacturing equipment
- Ability to solve complex problems via shaping open mind-set and cooperation in heterogeneous teams; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Strong interpersonal communication and reasoning skills for leading and working in matrix organization of international reach; ability to build long lasting relationships and trusted partnerships
- Willing to travel
