Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Management: Oversee maintenance and instrumentation activities in manufacturing plants to ensure safe and smooth operations.
- Execution Excellence: Coordinate and execute major field maintenance projects, prioritizing worker safety and facility integrity.
- Effective Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to plant operations.
- Innovation: Conduct instrumentation application studies and modify plant facilities to align with technical specifications and business requirements.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for staff and contractors to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Quality Assurance: Implement management systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506 standards.
Requirements:
