The Teamhead SAP Development SEAOIN (Southeast Asia, Oceania, India) is responsible for managing the team who maintains and develops ABAP programs for SAP R/3 and S/4 systems in the SEAOIN landscape. Your focus is primarily on providing strong technical leadership on S/4 HANA Fashion SAP system and to ensure that the solutions that will be designed and implemented with our partners work effectively, are scalable and support our goal of being the fastest sport brand in the world.
Task 1:
Design and Develop ABAP Applications
· Design and develop ABAP solutions as per the design document requirements.
· Support process analysis and business process modeling focusing on SAP S/4 HANA Fashion
· Elaboration of functional and technical implementation concepts
· Providing technical input to projects delivering SAP changes to support initial project planning and estimation process
Task 2
Debugging and Troubleshooting
· Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SAP systems.
· Analyze error logs, system dumps, and other debugging tools to identify the root causes of problems.
· Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve issues promptly and minimize system downtime.
· Utilize ABAP debugging tools proficiently to trace and analyze code execution.
Task 3:
Documentation
· Document detailed project requirements, objectives, and scope to provide a clear roadmap for development.
· Create comprehensive design documents that explain the architecture, data flow, and technical components of the SAP application.
· Promote effective collaboration among team members by ensuring that everyone has access to up-to-date technical documentation.
Task 4:
Managing Team
· Regularly monitor the team's performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their productivity and efficiency in handling ABAP development tasks.
· Efficiently triage incoming tickets and tasks to ensure that the team addresses critical issues promptly and efficiently.
· Allocate resources effectively to optimize the team's productivity and ensure timely delivery of ABAP solutions and debugging activities.
· Provide strong leadership to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
· Act as a liaison between the development team and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project requirements and goals.
