About the role:
As, part of the business management team, the APAC Risk Lead would focus on the risk and controls domain.In that capacity the candidate would be responsible for representing ERFT regional participation in regulatory exams, audits, surveys, internal audits and targeted assessments and application governance and controls.
Another key aspect of this role would be identifying, raising and driving the remediation of issues including SIAIs, AIAs, LRMs, JDIs and ERPs.The candidate would be required to interact with key stakeholders including finance, GIS, CTO, regional LMTs, audit and compliance.
Candidates will have previous experience within a Risk, Compliance, Audit or Regulatory role,
Identify issues and/or control improvements for remediation

- Exercise full leadership and ownership on Audit Exam team performance including timeliness of deliverables, quality of coordination reporting
- Manage Audit Exam engagement, process and response, ensure proper governance and protocol is followed; assist with approach to responses, research and tracking for timely submission
- Manage Regulatory Risk Assessments and Survey reporting, regular and off-cycle Regulatory requests.
- Ensure adequate reporting governance, challenge data sanity and approach; track timely submission
- Ability to engage and collaborate with people in all levels of the organization
- Demonstrate ability to think strategically and execute tactically
