Service Crew

Chez Suzette Pte. Ltd.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Chez Suzette Service Crew team. As a Service Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our patrons. You will be responsible for various tasks related to food & everage service, customer assistance, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and functionality of the establishment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Service:**

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.

- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests.

- Ensure a positive dining experience for all customers by providing prompt and courteous service.

2. **Food Preparation and Presentation:**

- Serve the food in a timely manner, communicate with the chef.

- Ensure that food items are presented attractively and in a timely manner.

- Monitor food quality and report any issues to the kitchen staff or management.

3. **Maintaining Cleanliness:**

- Keep the dining area, kitchen, and service areas clean and organized at all times.

- Perform routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

- Monitor and refill condiments, napkins, and utensils as needed.

4. **Teamwork:**

- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other service crew members to ensure smooth operations.

- Assist team members during busy periods or with tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager.

5. **Compliance and Safety:**

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code and hygiene standards.

- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the supervisor or manager.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

- Strong attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness.

- Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to stand for extended periods.

- Ability to lift and carry stuff
