Job Description
- Perform authentication controls over securities transfers requests. This includes ensuring documentation completeness and accuracy in line with agreed service levels & timings. Ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and policies.
- Liaison with counterparty for custodian details and set dates for completion of transfers. Ensure all tasks are completed and SLA is guaranteed.
- Manage exceptions promptly ensuring all asset transfers are timely & accurately processed.
- Direct liaison with; and support to internal clients through hotline/advisory support. Business partners includes but not limited to within operations, Legal and Compliance, Business Risk Management, Project team(s).
- Look into reconciliation breaks and other controls for better risk mitigation.
- Engage in adhoc project(s) including systems change, process improvement, cross-border initiatives, new regulatory changes from requirements gathering through to implementation
You have:

- An understanding of the trade lifecycle and prior experience in a role like this
- A good grasp of process and system dependency
- Good prioritizing and multi-task skills
