Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Fundraising and Volunteer Management teams to develop and create impactful collaterals and publicity materials for fundraising campaigns, appeals, events, roadshows as well as volunteer training toolkits, webinars and recruitment. These include print (letters, brochures, posters, banners, videos, resource packs, and merchandise) and digital (website landing pages, digital assets, eDMs, videos, and powerpoint presentations).
- Liaise with vendors and design agencies
- Coordinate with the Communications Team on consistency of brand and messaging, website content as well as digital marketing.
- Provide other administrative and operational support for events and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Communications, Media
- Preferably 1-3 years of work experience in communications or advertising
- Work experience in the non-profit sector is an advantage
- Competent in speaking and writing in English and conversant in 2nd language.
