- Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with the company's objectives.

- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure effective workforce planning.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3 years of proven experience in HR leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
