Responsibilities
- Responsible for the P&L of IT Infrastructure Business Unit globally
- Drive revenue and manage cost in the IT Infrastructure Business Unit
- Researching, aligning and developing products, solutions and services; with a special focus on managed and recurring services
- Working in close collaboration with Country Managers, Sales, Marketing and Pre-Sales Teams to bring solutions and services to market globally
- Develop and maintain robust operational processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness accuracy of the IT Infrastructure team
- Lead and manage a team of IT Infrastructure engineers and pre-sales personnel globally
- Manage current and potential vendors to explore new products and create new services
- Continuous improvement of IT Infrastructure services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure design and IT services management
- Experienced in network, servers, storage backup technologies and data center operations
- Experienced in Cloud adoption and integration (Azure/ AWS)
- Strong track record in managing IT Infrastructure and Operations
- Strong business acumen
