DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for the preparation and accurate outgoing/incoming passenger messages and other written communication.
· Coordinate all Passenger Service matters through ATOC and Air Mobility Command When necessary
· Maintain all updated Passenger Service AMC Instructions.
· Answer passenger inquiries and provide assistance to passengers
· Initiate lost and found reports
· Examine each outbound passenger travel documentation to ensure valid travel authorization
· Receive, tag and weigh passengers checked baggage
· Prepare boarding pass and make seat assignment for all outbound passengers
· Ensure mission arrival/departure board reflects the most current information
· Prepare all end of the month report
· Input passenger data into the AMC Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES)
· Collect charges for paying passengers and excess baggage charges
· Conduct anti-hijacking inspections
· Operate Air Terminal X-ray machine and magnetometer
· Register authorized duty stand-by and Space-A Passengers
· Prepare passenger manifest for each departing flight
· Accomplish accurate head count for departing flights
· Ask required security questions during check-in
· Assist passengers in resolving travel related problems
· Perform other related duties assigned by the Station Manager and Deputy Station Manager

4. Able to work on flexi hours based on flights timing
5. Ability to carry load such as baggage

EDUCATION:
Min Secondary School and above
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years frontline experience.
