Responsibilities:
· Prepare proposals, tenders and related documents. Able to independently derive Bills of Quantities from client’s drawing and specifications.
· Tender quantity taking off and calling quotation.
· Prepare, negotiate and evaluate cost for subcontractor works.
· Prepare subcontractor agreement and subcontractor monthly payment.
· Attend site meetings and consultant VO meetings.
· Prepare and submit monthly progress main claim and VO costing to consultants.
· Coordinate with site for project, subcon and contractual issues.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
· Knowledge in construction, minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
· Meticulous in details and committed
· Able to work independently and in a team
· Entry level candidates are welcomed too
