Job Scope:
Assisting Product Developer in Gum and Candy team by giving support on existing project work required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.
- Raw Material Management
- Ingredient preparation and weighing
- batch preparation and mixing
- benchtop trials and prototyping
- perform sensory and shelf life evaluation
- cleaning and maintenance of the laboratory
- desktop research
- data analysis
- data collation and report writing
Job Requirement:
- Min. Diploma in Food Science and Technology related courses
