Responsibilities

Custodian of Learning Policy

  • Review and ensure that learning policies and SOPs are kept relevant
  • Ensure governance across the enterprise including our global offices

Training program management, curriculum design and review

  • Review existing training program offerings; suggest enhancements to improve user learning engagement and knowledge acquisition
  • Source and recommend appropriate programs to meet the changing needs of the business, enterprise and industry

Learning operations efficiency and reporting

  • Supervise and ensure operations efficiency, data accuracy, analytics and ensuring regular management reporting cadence to Business Leaders, CHRO and Head TMOD
  • Support learning administration and operations when required

Enterprise training budget and learning engagement

  • Monitor the utilization of training budget, leverage on available training schemes and engage Business Divisions to drive engagement and appropriate spending with Head TMOD and HR Business Partners
  • In building a culture of learning and cadence, perform the role of Editor in learning related communications such as learning EDMs

Supervisory

  • Monitor performance, provide guidance and develop Learning Operation team

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, HR or related discipline
  • At least 10 years’ experience in training
  • Confident communicator, effective in both written and oral communications
  • Experience in dealing with Business Leaders
  • Possess in-depth experience with SAP-SuccessFactor Learning Management System
  • A team player with positive and mature attitude, self-driven and able to work independently with a can-do attitude
